Curious about Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and wondering if it might be right for you? This one-day workshop offers an engaging introduction to DBT, with a special focus on Interpersonal Effectiveness—the skills that help you communicate more clearly, maintain healthy relationships, and navigate conflict with confidence.

Alongside the main focus, participants will explore brief, practical modules on DBT’s other core skill areas: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, and Emotion Regulation. Through a mix of teaching, discussion, and experiential exercises, you’ll walk away with actionable tools you can begin to use to create a life worth living.

This workshop is ideal for anyone interested in learning about DBT skills in a supportive, low-pressure setting—whether to enhance daily life or to explore joining an ongoing DBT group. The timing is designed so that if you choose to continue, you can seamlessly transition into our weekly DBT skills group program starting with Interpersonal Effectiveness in January 2026.
